Select Build from scratch near the top-right corner of either the Home or Templates page.

From here, you can browse templates, create new workflows, and manage existing ones.

Instead of manually configuring steps or connectors, you simply describe what you want and Workflows generates a working workflow using supported Microsoft 365 services.

You can do this either by selecting the workflow or by going to More actions (…) next to the workflow. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach the Owners section.

Workflows: Displays all workflows you've created using standard actions (non-Copilot). AI Workflows: Displays workflows built using Copilot-powered actions, such as summarize, other AI-assisted steps.
